Machining holes into aluminium extrusion (T5 6060).
Using Dolphin CAM Partmaster to generate the G Code. Machine is a Hartford VMC 850, BT40 spindle.
First tool is HSS drill, 11.5mm. Second is two flute carbide 12mm end mill. Third is two flute carbide 6mm end mill.
